Dilemparkan Ke Dalam Huthamah

بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم

Surat Al Humazah terdiri atas 9 ayat, termasuk golongan surat-surat Makkiyyah, diturunkan sesudah surat Al Qiyaamah. Dinamai Al Humazah (pengumpat) diambil dari perkataan Humazah yang terdapat pada ayat pertama surat ini.

Pokok-pokok isi surah Al Humazah :

Ancaman Allah terhadap orang-orang yang suka mencela orang lain, suka mengumpat dan suka mengumpulkan harta tetapi tidak menafkahkannya di jalan Allah. 

Kecelakaanlah bagi setiap pengumpat lagi pencela,yang mengumpulkan harta dan menghitung-hitungnya, dia mengira bahwa hartanya itu dapat mengkekalkannya

Sekali-kali tidak!

Sesungguhnya dia benar-benar akan dilemparkan ke dalam Huthamah. 

Dan tahukah kamu apa Huthamah itu?

yaitu api yang disediakan Allah yang dinyalakan, yang membakar sampai ke hati. Sesungguhnya api itu ditutup rapat atas mereka, sedang mereka itu diikat pada tiang-tiang yang panjang.

Dalam surat ini diterangkan bahwa orang-orang yang suka mencela orang-orang lain, suka memfitnah dan suka mengumpulkan harta tetapi tidak dinafkahkannya di jalan Allah, akan diazab.

AL Quran And Hadith

بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم

Narrated Al−Bara' (bin `Azib): When the Prophet came to Medina, he stayed first with his grandfathers or maternal uncles from Ansar. He offered his prayers facing Baitul−Maqdis (Jerusalem) for sixteen or seventeen months, but he wished that he could pray facing the Ka`ba (at Mecca).

The first prayer which he offered facing the Ka`ba was the `Asr prayer in the company of some people. Then one of those who had offered that prayer with him came out and passed by some people in a mosque who were bowing during their prayers

(facing Jerusalem). 

He said addressing them, "By Allah, I testify that I have prayed with Allah's Apostle facing Mecca (Ka`ba).' Hearing that, those people changed their direction towards the Ka`ba immediately. Jews and the people of the scriptures used to be pleased to see the Prophet facing Jerusalem in prayers but when he changed his direction towards the Ka`ba, during the prayers, they disapproved of it. 

Al−Bara' added, "Before we changed our direction towards the Ka`ba (Mecca) in prayers, some Muslims had died or had been killed and we did not know what to say about them (regarding their prayers.)

Allah then revealed: And Allah would never make your faith (prayers) to be lost (i.e. the prayers of those Muslims were valid).' " (2:143)

Mengingat Allah Shubhanahu Wa ta’alla

بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم

Keburukan yang paling besar menimpa manusia adalah lalai dari mengingat Allah Shubhanahu wa ta’alla, menyimpang dari kebenaran dan berpaling dari jalan yang lurus

Sesungguhnya kelembutan, kekhusyu’an serta keluluhan hati 

Dan kecintaan kita kepada Sang Pencipta dan Yang membentuk hati-hati tersebut 

Merupakan suatu pemberian yang tiada terkira dari Ar-Rahman (Yang Maha Penyayang) 

Dan sebuah karunia dari Ad-Dayyan (Yang membuat perhitungan) 

Yang patut mendapatkan maaf dan ampunan-Nya

Menjadi tempat perlindungan yang kokoh dan benteng yang tidak dapat ditembus 

dari kesesatan dan kemaksiatan

 Allah Shubhanahu wa ta’alla telah mengumpamakan orang yang lalai dengan sifat yang buruk, mereka bagai hewan bahkan lebih sesat dari hewan

dan Obat dari kelalaian tersebut adalah dengan mengenal Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala dan mengingat kematian.

Yang kemudian akan menumbuhkan kecintaan kita kepada Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala

Dua For Forgiveness

بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم

Here are some Duas for Forgiveness :

رَبَّنََآ إنَّنَآ ءَاَمنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَ قِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Rabbana innanā amanna, faghfir lana, dhunoobana wa-qinna 'adhāāban-naar

(Our Lord! we have indeed believed: forgive us, then, our sins, and save us from the agony of the Fire) (surah Ali' Imran; 3:16)

 اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أسْألُكَ يَا اللَّهُ بِأنَّكَ الْوَاحِدُّ الأحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَ لَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُواً أحَدٌ، أنْ تَغْفِرَ لِي ذُنُوبِي إنَّكَ أنْتَ الْغَفُورُ الَّرحِيمُ

Allahumma inni asaluka ya Allahu bi annakal Wahidul Ahadus-Samadul ladhi, lam ya-lid wa lam youlad, wa lam yakullahu kufuwan Ahad, an taghfirali dhunoobi innaka Antal Ghafūūrur Raheem

(O Allah! I ask You, O Allah, You are the One, the Only, Self Sufficient Master, who was not begotten and begets not and none is equal to Him. Forgive me my sins, surely you are Forgiving, Merciful.) (Abu Dawud, an Nasa'i, ibn Majah, at Tirmidhi)

Sayyidul Istighfar (The Chief Prayer for Repentance)

Reported on the authority of Shaddad ibn aws(r.a) Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam said “Sayyidul Istighfar is:

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لّا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتَ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتَ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ، وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِر لِي فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

‘O Allaah, You are my Lord, no one has the right to be worshipped except You, You created me and I am your servant and I abide to your covenant and promise as best as I can, I take refuge in you from the evil of which I committed. I acknowledge your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily no one can forgive sin except you.’

Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) continued "“If person recites this during the day with strong faith in it and dies on the same day before the sunset, he will be among the people of Paradise and if somebody recites it at night with strong faith in it and dies before sunrise he will be among the people of Paradise.”

The Straight Path To Allah

بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم

Islam is the Straight Path to Allah so do not follow the other paths to which devils are calling

Abdullah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, drew a line with his hand and said, 

“This is the straight path of Allah.”

 Then he drew lines to the right and left, and he said, 

“These are other paths and there is not another path except that a devil is upon it calling to it.” 

Then he recited the verse, “Indeed, this is the straight path so follow it and do not follow other paths.” (6:153)

(Musnad Ahmad)

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ خَطَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطًّا بِيَدِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ

 هَذَا سَبِيلُ اللَّهِ

 مُسْتَقِيمًا قَالَ ثُمَّ خَطَّ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَشِمَالِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَذِهِ السُّبُلُ وَلَيْسَ مِنْهَا سَبِيلٌ إِلَّا عَلَيْهِ شَيْطَانٌ يَدْعُو إِلَيْهِ

 ثُمَّ قَرَأَ وَإِنَّ هَذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ

Does Islam tolerate other beliefs?

بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم

The Quran says: God forbids you not, with regards to those who fight you not for [your] faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them; for God loveth those who are just. (Quran, 60-8)

It is one function of Islamic law to protect the privileged status of minorities, and this is why non-Muslim places of worship have flourished all over the Islamic world. History provides many examples of Muslim tolerance towards other faiths: when the caliph Omar entered Jerusalem in the year 634, Islam granted freedom of worship to all religious communities in the city.

Islamic law also permits non-Muslim minorities to set up their own courts, which implement family laws drawn up by the minorities themselves.

The Patriarch invited him to pray in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, but he preferred to pray outside its gates, saying that if he accepted, later generations of Muslims might use his action as an excuse to turn it into a mosque. Above is the mosque built on the spot where Omar did pray.

Who is a Muslim?

بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم

Islam is not a new religion, but the same truth that God revealed through all His prophets to every people. For a fifth of the world's population, Islam is both a religion and a complete way of life. Muslims follow a religion of peace, mercy, and forgiveness, and the majority have nothing to do with the extremely grave events which have come to be associated with their faith.

Who are the Muslims ?

One billion people from a vast range of races, nationalities and cultures across the globe - from the southern Philippines to Nigeria - are united by their common Islamic faith. About 18% live in the Arab world; the world's largest Muslim community is in Indonesia; substantial parts of Asia and most of Africa are Muslim, while significant minorities are to be found in the Soviet Union, China, North and South America, and Europe.

What do Muslims believe ?

Muslims believe in One, Unique, Incomparable God; in the Angels created by Him; in the prophets through whom His revelations were brought to mankind; in the Day of Judgement and individual accountability for actions; in God's complete authority over human destiny and in life after death. Muslims believe in a chain of prophets starting with Adam and including Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Job, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Elias, Jonah, John the Baptist, and Jesus, peace be upon them. But God's final message to man, a reconfirmation of the eternal message and a summing-up of all that has gone before was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad through Gabriel.

How does someone become a Muslim ?

Simply by saying 'there is no god apart from God, and Muhammad is the Messenger of God.' By this declaration the believer announces his or her faith in all God's messengers, and the scriptures they brought.

What does Islam mean ?

The Arabic word 'Islam' simply means 'submission', and derives from a word meaning 'peace'. In a religious context it means complete submission to the will of God. 'Mohammedanism' is thus a misnomer because it suggests that Muslims worship Muhammad rather than God. 'Allah' is the Arabic name for God, which is used by Arab Muslims and Christians alike.

Bacaan Yang Sangat Mulia

إِنَّهُ لَقُرْآنٌ كَرِيمٌ

Sesungguhnya Al-Quran ini adalah bacaan yang sangat mulia,

Verily (indeed, actually, in fact ) this Qur'an is a very noble passage

The Dua

بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم

Pray to God,  is a very important case and as well as noble. People who diligently pray to God that does not mean he is a man who despised and weak. True, he is contemptible in the presence of the sublime, God. True, he is weak in the presence of the Almighty, Allah The Almighty. But he was not a lowly and weak at the sight of men. Why? Because this person is very real ideology position himself in this world. He fully understands that all human effort to appear noble and strong in the presence of other human beings will never be achieved if he actually confronts her face to all the glory and the strength of this false world. Only by confronting someone face to God only would reach the true glory.

No one can be noble and strong with be busy-busy pursuing wealth and riches with the assumption that if he was rich and the great wealth he will be noble and powerful man. No one can be noble and strong with a helter-skelter pursuit of rank and power with the assumption that if he had become powerful officials and then he will be noble and powerful man. No one can be noble and strong with a somersault pursue fame and notoriety with the assumption that if he had become popular or be a celebrity so he will be noble and powerful man.

The source of the glory of man lies in the craft and sincerity and pray for the divine . Even the Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him described the activities of prayer as a battle of the most precious in the sight of Allah.

Note also that for God is very easy to answer some one's prayer. But there is a condition. Let the Muslims praying in the present state of the liver, heart earnestly expect approval (grant) from the heart of God and certainly not negligent. May God always listens and hears all our prayers that it brings Him pleasure.
