بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم
How to control my sexual desire ? At some point in every healthy man's life, he because obsessed by sex. and to be fully sexually mature it is important to learn how to control the sexual desire.
Sexual desire is aroused in human beings at the age of puberty, that may leads to masturbation or commit adultery, At some point in every healthy man's life, it is a natural thing and I believeas many other human beings do, masturbate to control sexual urges and emotions even once time.
That is why the Prophet advised everyone how to control his sexual urge by fasting :
Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported:
The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said,
“O young men! If you are able to support a wife, then get married.
Indeed, it restrains the eyes (from a lustful glance) and protects the private parts (from adultery),
but whoever is not able to do so then he has the duty to fast (shaum)
because indeed it is a means of controlling (sexual desire).”
( Sahih Muslim )
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ
قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
يَا مَعْشَرَ الشَّبَابِ مَنْ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ الْبَاءَةَ فَلْيَتَزَوَّجْ
فَإِنَّهُ أَغَضُّ لِلْبَصَرِ وَأَحْصَنُ لِلْفَرْجِ
وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَيْهِ بِالصَّوْمِ
فَإِنَّهُ لَهُ وِجَاءٌ
قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
